To be constructed during this Winter:
65ft semi-trad 6 berth to be built for a local hire fleet. This craft is available for purchase as an investment, where the purchaser will receive a percentage of the hire income with the hire fleet picking up the general running costs.
Own use possible when boat is not on hire. A good way to own your own boat with hire income offsetting the loan repayments. Payment will be required by installments as the build progresses. Shell due from fabricators end of October.
Price £69,950 incl VAT, depending upon specification, which is still to be confirmed.
